You can relax as a family in this peaceful accommodation. Our 1+1 apartments are new and spacious. The apartments have a TV, washing machine, air conditioner, refrigerator, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils. It is located 5-10 minutes by car from many bays and has a very large balcony and garden. Barbecues and samovars can be made in our garden. It provides a very comfortable accommodation for families with children. It gives great peace with its mountain view. We await you for a holiday in touch with pure nature

Guest Lodge

Our guest lodge is 25 m2 and consists of a room and bathroom. Adjacent to the back wall of our cottage, there is an outdoor kitchen covered with a pergola, for the exclusive use of our guests staying in our cottage. There is a 5x10m, 50m2, 1.5-1.6m deep swimming pool. The pool is shared by our guests staying in the guest house (max. 4 people) and the guest cabin (max. 2 people). The pool is open from June 15 to October 1.

Our house is 1 km from the village center and the sea There are village markets, chain markets, a bakery, restaurants, coffee shops and a pharmacy in the center. Kizilyer beach is 1 km away, there are family-run restaurants with a menu consisting mainly of seafood. Cumhuriyet (Saranda) beach is 4 km away and there are mostly family-run restaurants. We have our own boat that makes daily tours on the Kizilyer coast.

"ROCK" Comfortable House by the Sea

4 Houses, located just above the marina, one bedroom and one saloon with balcony. It consists of a seafront, scenic, central and well-furnished house. This house is located on the first floor of our building. There is a 160X200 double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is a spacious furnished house with an American kitchen, a large balcony and a sea view.

In the afternoon, walks in the fresh air by the sea in Akyaka 10 min by car from the house, a walk in the pine forest just behind, horseback riding in the stable. In the evening you can watch your favorite Netflix series and relax in heated jacuzzi. Grossery and alcohol shop 10 min by walk.
