Consisting of 1 bedroom with reclining single bed, TV, large wardrobe and 2 windows overlooking the river and the Medici bridge, 1 kitchen-living room with Google Cast TV, sofa convertible into single bed and 1 bathroom with shower.

This was my 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 family apartment on the 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 of the historic 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿. It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you. ---

La Quercia House in the countryside

In a panoramic position 15 km from Florence, it is the only apartment in an ancient restored barn. Suitable for those who want to enjoy the peace of the countryside but also comfortably visit places of art. 3 km away are the towns of Pontassieve and Sieci with all services including railway stations from which, in 20 minutes, you can reach the center of Florence. The wonderful countryside and the proximity to the historic buildings including the church of San Martino make the place enchanting.

The structure has been completely renovated, dominates the Chianti valleys and enjoys a splendid view of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence just 35 minutes by car The apartment is on the first floor of the main farmhouse, with independent access and garden with trees. The rustic furnishings in the classic Tuscan style, with wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors give a characteristic touch to the environment.

Taking a break amongst nature and culture

The property is situated in the hills of Tuscany, just 30 minutes from Florence, in an area that is rarely visited by tourists and which still retains its traditional Tuscan charm. It is an old stone farmhouse, originally built as the summer residence of the local Bishop. The large house is subdivided into two parts; guests will be using the main portion of the house, while a smaller part is kept empty but not available for guests.
