Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and historic property dating back to the 1600s, located in the beautiful Chianti hills in Tuscany, with the possibility of organising a shuttle service and exclusive experiences tailored to your needs. The apartment is available for 2 adults with the possibility of adding a sofa bed for 2 children under 12 years of age. In the large outdoor courtyard you'll find a saltwater pool with a relaxation area on a panoramic terrace overlooking the castle, hills and vineyards with unique sunsets.

31 km northeast of Florence is a 92 sqm house from 1820. The heart is the kitchen-living room, including a wood-burning fireplace. On the first floor, there is also the living room, including sofa bed and guest toilet. A staircase leads to the 2 spacious bedrooms and the shower room. Under the magnolia, the patio in front of the house offers views of the valley. The pool is closed in winter, the sauna is open all year round. Connection to Merlot on the 2nd floor. Farmhouse Fattoria La Parita

Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.
