The newly built apartment is located under the Wallenstein Castle in the outskirts of Turnov called Pelešany. An excellent starting point for hiking and cycling. Not far from the house is the golden trail of the Bohemian Paradise. Sedmihorky is 25 minutes on foot, Hrubá Skála about an hour. You can ride your bike further, for example, to Kost Castle, Trosky, Branžeš, Malá Skála, etc. In Turnov itself, there is the Maškova zahrada swimming pool, a museum, a synagogue, many restaurants, confectioneries, and in the summer, cultural events take place in the city under the open sky.

The apartment is part of a family house with a large garden. Suitable especially for families with children. Located in a quieter part of the village, it is about 300m to the center. The house is protected from the north by a rock massif called the Pantheon, where there is a chapel and the ruins of Vranov Castle. Everything can be seen directly from the garden. In the garden there is also a roofed pergola with a grill in the middle, a playground, a trampoline, a magic show and swings. Possibility of parking behind the fence.
