Holiday rentals with a kayak in Tuscaloosa County

Great Airbnb for a group. We were in town for a Thanksgiving celebration coupled with the Iron Bowl. We had a fabulous time. We were able to comfortably have 10 of us in the house and cook a huge Thanksgiving dinner with the stocked kitchen. Playing games (that we brought) and hanging out around the big square table was a favorite of all. Of course the amazing views of the lake sunrises with mist on the water every morning was extra special. When we go back for another big game we will definitely reserve with Matt again!

We have been coming to Tuscaloosa for 10 years and have always thought this area looked so pretty. We decided to have a chill weekend with our daughters and friends. It was exactly that!! The place was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the decks and outdoor living areas. Tanner was very responsive and helpful. We really appreciated it!! We cooked every meal and the kitchen was awesome! It also helped that the Masters Golf Tournament was on and there were so many tvs we could watch everywhere. My favorite was the screened in porch. It was so comfortable. Thanks Tanner!!!

We really enjoyed our weekend here! Very relaxing location away from the hustle and bustle of Tuscaloosa and Birmingham, but close enough to use this as a jumping off point for an event or night out (we went to see Theo Von while we were there). We also enjoyed being able to fish and the kayaks that were available!

We had a great college reunion weekend and the house was perfect for our group. Will definitely stay here again.

Most beautiful place I've ever stayed the convience of being right on the water was amazing and the views from the dock were priceless, definitely worth a visit

I spent 5 five nights at this place and it was amazing. The house is located in a very secluded, but beautiful location. It has a pond and horses and the scenery is just stunning. Highly recommend this place

Wendy’s lake cabin was very well stocked with all the things we needed for a week at the lake. My family had a small Thanksgiving dinner at the lake house and I celebrated my 40th birthday. It was peaceful, relaxing, and great for reflecting on the lake. My dad got a little bit of fishing in off the dock which he enjoyed even though he didn’t catch anything (too cold?). Her place was a little tough to find at first but that’s because it’s so tucked away and peaceful on its little lake inlet. Thanks Wendy for your hospitality!

The location was clean, quiet and a great host. Close to the University of Alabama.
