Situated on the Tutukaka Coast, we have outstanding views of one of the worlds best diving sites - the Poor Knights Islands. We are a few minutes from the Tutukaka Marina and the outstanding Surf at Sandy Bay. Our two bedroom self contained unit is located down a private road and offers a quiet retreat for a weekend away or a great base to explore the beautiful beaches, dive the Knights or visit the nearby vineyard, golf course and Marina . Basic continental breakfast is available for guests.

Stunning views of the estuary out the front and mountain ranges out the back with the added bonus of river access from the spacious back yard. Enjoy a morning cuppa or evening meal on the large rear patio overlooking the rear garden. Only a minutes walk to the local cafe, dairy, takeaways or the Estuary Bistro restaurant at the sports complex.

Sit on kayaks & stand-up paddle are available free of charge. Tidy comfortable cabin just meters from a lovely private beach & walking distance to cafes, fishing club & pizzeria. No road noise, safe swimming, kayaking or trips to the Poor Knights Islands. BASIC cooking only; BBQ, Fridge, plates, cups, glasses, etc. Great eateries near by.

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.
