Newly renovated and modern loft apartment, approximately 50 m² (2 rooms and kitchen), with a separate entrance to the apartment. The attic apartment is located in a 70's brick villa inside a quiet dead-end street in the nice area of Tolered/Krabbeliderna at Central Hisingen. Proximity to natural areas such as Hisingsparken and Svartemossen. 300 metres to the nearest bus stop, which takes you to the popular Backaplan (Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen); from there, you can continue into central Gothenburg by bus or tram in around 10 minutes.

Modern and cosy one-roomer on Hisingen with its own outdoor area. A quiet and safe area close to nature, a grocery store and good connections to the city. It's 7 km to Central Station (about 15 minutes by bus) and a 5-minute walk to the nearest shop. Nature and lovely walking paths can be reached in 10 minutes. The apartment is 40 m² with a 180 cm double bed. There is a smart TV, desktop computer, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Please note that cats have lived here before, so allergens may be present.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
