This 400 square foot granny unit over our garage has beautiful wood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances (no washer/dryer) New HVAC unit, air filters, new water heater with chlorine filter. This space has a great deal of natural light, windows are well placed as to not see into neighbors windows.
