Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a brand new built cottage with high standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There's a cozy plot that you have all to yourself. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Welcome to our nice courtyard house with a quiet, but central location in Söråker. Here you can live comfortably with space for up to 4 people. The sleeping areas are distributed in a bedroom with a smaller double bed and single bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed. Wifi and TV with Chromecast. Pets are welcome, 2 cats live on the farm. Walking distance to the shop and there are nice walking paths nearby, both in the forest and towards the sea. Plenty of space to park car, trailer, motorcycle.

Here, you live close to all the amazing sea baths that are at Alnö and also proximity to hiking trains in nice nature. Birsta commercial area and Sundsvall stone town are only 10-15 minutes drive away. Self-catering with 3 regular beds, 2 sofa beds for 1-2 people. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. If you travel with a horse, we can possibly offer box night for an additional fee and subject to space

Cabin by the Sea, Sjöstuga

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.

Here you have your own apartment, in part of our house, suited for up to 4 people. An extra bedroom in a cottage a few meters outside can be used during summer. You have 4 km into the town square. Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.
