Newly renovated guest cottage w/ view to Rondane

Newly renovated (2017) guest cabin in a cozy area/ yard. Sun from morning to evening, view to Rondane and Snøhetta. Large terrace with seating area and gas grill, spacious outdoor conditions. 750 meters above sea level, endless with hiking and skiing tracks, light slopes right outside the door. Happy hunting and fishing area. Local alpine 20min, Oppdal Alpin 60min. Lysløype "outside the door". 5min car to the center of Folldal. Furnished apartment of 18m2 in own building can be rented for more space. NB! The rental price is corrected for high electricity prices in 2025.

Apartment centrally located in Tynset

Quiet accommodation within walking distance to the city center (and train station). There is one large double bed, so the apartment is best suited for one or two guests. The kitchen is fairly new and contains what you need for kitchen utensils and basic items (coffee/tea, oil, salt and pepper). Bathroom with shower, towels, soaps/shampoo and hair dryer. Living room and bedroom are in the same room. We'll make the bed so it's ready when you arrive. Please note that you have to walk down one flight of stairs to get down to the apartment from the front door.

"Lattermild" family cabin

The family cabin "Lattermild" has all the amenities. Parking right outside the cabin. The price includes bed linen/towel and firewood. The cabin is located freely, little transparency, has good sun conditions and views of the mountain and Savalsjøen. Nice hiking trails both on foot, skiing and by bike. Saval Lake great for swimming, fishing/fishing, canoeing. The light trail right on the outside of the cabin. 5 min by car to ski resort, ice skating rink and Nissehuset/hotel. 15 min to walk. The field has road barrier; 80 NOK drive in, pay via app.

Savalen

Savalen has a lot to offer like great hiking trails, bike trail and horse center. The alpine slope and children's slope are just across the road. Savalen spa and hotel are 700 meters away and which allows you to book lunch and dinner. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa area. There is a nice swimming area nearby and fishing waters for those who want this. The elf house and the gingerbread house. Very good ice fishing. Lavo with music in season. The hotel usually rents out alpine equipment and bicycles during the season. Please check.

Cabin with sauna and view of Rondane

Lovely cottage in Folldal, with sun all day and view to Rondane. The cabin is nicely located in the cabin area by the disused mine, and sleeps 6-8 people, with two bedrooms and two lofts. There is a road all the way up, and parking space for two cars at the cabin wall. The cabin has running water and electricity, a dishwasher and a sauna. Everything one needs for a nice and relaxing cabin trip, in other words! There are many nice hiking trails and cross country trails right behind the cabin, and ski slope half an hour's drive away.

The cabin is suitable for one or two families who want close access to the mountain, alpine slope, ski and roller ski tracks, hiking and biking trails, swimming indoors and outdoors, or tranquility in scenic surroundings. The cabin is also a good starting point for great days at sea for those interested in fishing, summer and winter.

Central leisure apartment

Savalen offers hiking opportunities, elf houses, lavvies w/music, spa treatments, canoeing, slalom slope, ski slopes, bike trails, wellness pool, playroom and much more. Perfect location with easy access to everything. Distance to savalen mountain hotel: Approx. 300m. Distance to ski lift: 50m. Best suited for a family (2 V+ 2-4B, possibly. 4V). Simple equipped kitchen, if you want equipment out of the ordinary, it must be agreed in advance. Bed covers and towels must be brought. The apartment is for sale.

Østerdalsstue at Kvebergshaugen

The house is located on a farm with sheep and dog, next to the house where we live ourselves. The farm is located about 4 km south of Alvdal city centre and there is a short distance to both hiking areas and fishing opportunities. The house is a restored oyster valley living room from the 1800s, and the kitchen is well equipped (including microwave, kettle, coffee maker, press pot and dishwasher). Cleaning fee of 300 kr covers only the preparation of the rental unit and not the final cleaning.

Large and spacious 2-storey log cabin. 4 bedrooms, hallway and view of Lake Saval. Great hiking terrain! The highest peak is Rødalshøa, 1436 m above sea level. Savalsjøen is only 300 meters away from the cabin. Unashamed and quiet area. The cabin has very good sunny conditions. A short distance to the jetty and beach, Savalen Hotel with SPA and swimming pool, slalom slope, fishing opportunities, ski slopes and hiking opportunities. Installed electricity, water and drainage.

Seeterfjøset

Seterfjøset is located in Håmåldalen in Os in Østerdalen, 850 m above sea level, about 20 km from Røros. It is about 12 km to nearest ski resort and 4 km to Glomma, where fishing opportunities are available. From Seterfjøseter it is about 1 km to the snow mountain where there are great hiking possibilities in summer and winter. It's the way to go.
