Air conditioning is available in the guesthouse so you sleep well in the warm summer night. The double beds are made with freshly pressed sheets from Mille Notti.

Welcome to a unique and modern villa perfect for the larger party (up to 30 residents). Discover magical nature with four swimming lakes within a short walk. The completely private backyard has a natural pool and wood-fired hot tub for about 10 people. Enjoy the newly built sauna for 8-10 people. 8 parking spaces next to the house, which of course is fully equipped in every possible way. Allergy: Dog/cat allowed. Our outdoor cat will stay unless you have notified us otherwise (requires nothing from you as a guest).

Spacious house with pool (heated from June), wood-fired sauna and hot tub, conservatory and lake views. The lake below the house has lovely cliffs and a diving board. Five bedrooms with four double beds, one 120 cm bed, sofa bed in living room. Small house with double bed, stargazet tent 19 sqm with five beds. Suitable for events, company events or friends:-) Everyone who should be in the house should be in the booking, there is no price difference if you stay overnight or not. Go down to the water with a private jetty and small beach and enjoy a nice warm sauna. Go for a walk through cow pastures and forests or play a round at Fågelbro golf course. Maybe pop down to Strömma Canal for a bite to eat and a good drink. Close to public transport if you want to experience more than that, 40 minutes by bus to Slussen.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant accommodation. At one with nature, this architect-designed house is a real gem in the popular Skurusundet in Nacka. Close to shops and Stockholm city center, this accommodation allows you to have a varied vacation. Buses 409 and 449 go directly to Slussen/Gamla Stan if you are up for a trip to the City. If you want to take the car, there are plenty of swimming areas, nature reserves, coffee/food places to explore nearby or further out in the archipelago.

Pool, privat brygga, generös terrass och vedeldad bastu skapar en plats för total avkoppling och minnesvärda stunder med familj eller vänner – långt från vardagens tempo. För den som förälskar sig lite extra finns även möjlighet att utforska framtida ägande, då fastigheten är till salu med havet som granne.

Pool House

Boendet är beläget i ett lugnt, idylliskt område. Poolen är uppvärmd till ca 28 grader mellan maj-augusti . Poolen är stängd mellan september-april. Låna gärna en av kanoterna och ta en mysig paddeltur på sjön, eller en promenad i Tyrestareservatet som ligger precis runt hörnet. Det finns även två enklare cyklar att låna om man vill. Om du har en elbil som behöver laddas så går även det att lösa till aktuellt kW-pris. Avsluta kvällen med ett parti backgammon i kvällssolen. Åldersgräns 25 år.

Several patios in all weather conditions, large heated pool (June-August) (and September depending on the weather), hot tub-hot all year round, barbecue, etc. Bathing suit distance to Värmdö's largest beach, with café, bakery, food truck, candy, ice cream, etc. Or go down to the area's own little beach.

Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.
