A charming Tuscan retreat

Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the spa room with sauna and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers,a b.b.q area and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests.We can offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo. Please note that the house has two bedrooms but if the booking is for two people only one bedroom will be provided.If required there is an additional cost of 50 euro per night for the second bedroom.

Pure luxury! This accommodation was the original Poolhouse, which has been completely renovated and transformed into an independent guest house (annex to our villa);

Beautifully appointed studio suite located in a quiet neighborhood of Taormina. Conveniently located, this property gives you a quick access to the beautiful beaches reachable both by feet and cable car, and the Taormina city center, where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, bars, historical sites, and shopping outlets. Additionally, the villa features sea water swimming pool with solarium with deck chairs which are shared with the two other apartments on our villa.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

For overnight stays the sheets are disposable, longer stay fabric sheets. We have another property under the name of quiet apartment 1 to 3 beds at the same address. Possibility to rent our car at the rate of €40/day depending on availability.

The large and bright room with a private entrance is in the heart of the historic center of Perugia. I renovated it with care and refinement in 2018, to best accommodate those visiting the city. In the room, you will also find a nice table to enjoy our breakfasts, or maybe a plate of pasta: the retractable mini-kitchen is at your disposal. Two beds, independent heating and air conditioning.

You will appreciate its tranquility and its picturesque village on the French riviera. Beaches are located 15 mn away walking distance. A French continental breakfast is included in the price.
