Villa holiday rentals in Tyrrhenian Sea

The villa perfectly matches the description and our expectations, peaceful area, well-equipped, dining area in the shade, heated pool… impeccable, enough to spend beautiful hours sunbathing! Location close to beautiful beaches (by car though) Beware, however, of vehicles that are too low, the access road is rough. You can stay there without a second thought! We were even able to enjoy the villa from our arrival at noon, Marie was very accommodating above all!

Our stay in Sicily was truly unforgettable! The house had a beautiful character, filled with charming details that made it feel like a home. The garden was a stunning oasis, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm Sicilian evenings. Our host, Carlo, was exceptional—always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The highlight of our trip was the incredible five-course Sicilian dinner Carlo organized for us, showcasing the region's delicious cuisine. Each dish was a delight! The location itself is a must-visit, with breathtaking views and rich culture all around. We felt immersed in the beauty and warmth of Sicily. Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone looking to experience the best of the island!

The villa has a beautiful outdoor area with sea views and is within walking distance of the beach. The furnishings and equipment are functional and more than sufficient. Valentina and her husband were always available for any questions and responded immediately without exception. You can tell overall that the villa is run with a lot of heart. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the time overall.

Villa perfect for a good holiday!

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.

I, my wife and our 10-11 month baby had a fantastic one month stay at Villa Britannia. The beautiful villa had everything we looked for: great location, a lovely garden (in which "The Snake" by DH Lawrence was written), a big kitchen (great for perfecting Pasta alla Norma), seaview and parking (the large garage could easily fit our quite long estate car). Louisa and her husband Marco are lovely people and provided service on a far higher level than most Airbnb-hosts. Any minor issues were quickly sorted out. Louisa would bring us wines to try and proactively let us know about events in town or traffic challenges, as well as giving great recommendations and help with any problem. We were provided with a baby cot, a baby bath, several (!) baby chairs and lots of toys. Could not ask for more. We really hope to be back one day!

A warm and complete welcome. Corentin was very responsive with any needs or questions. All to make community life easier: spacious house, two bathrooms, two toilets, separate living space from the sleeping area, lockbox...The services advertised correspond to reality. Discretion of our guests living on the ground floor, ensuring any unforeseen circumstances or maintenance . In our case: gas bottle, pool maintenance and resolution of a cumulus , which were carried out without us realizing it. Congrats! Quiet and pleasant house in the middle of the scrubland, with views of the mountains, very well equipped, while being close to Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, shops... A pleasure to have air conditioning throughout the bedrooms, the week of our stay was particularly hot, up to 44 degrees of the day. Without hesitation. Have a great stay.

Fantastic house in a stunning location, you do need the SUV car, but worth the drive. The pool is a good size with wonderful views. The house was very well equipped, comfortable beds and a bathroom for each room. We would love to return.

We had an incredible time. It was my wife’s 40th birthday celebration. There were 10 of us and this place had plenty of space, is peaceful and so gorgeous. Comfortable beds, great air conditioning tons of thoughtful amenities. We also booked Chef Martin who came to the house and he and his wife made an amazing 3 course meal and cake as a celebration! Only things to watch out for is that the address is slightly different than on airbnb and the wifi has a different password for each floor but once you find the place and get settled, it’s pure joy.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was much nicer than the pictures portray. The owner was extremely easy to work with. It was one of the best Airbnb properties that we've stayed at. We will be returning next year.

Gorgeous accommodation in an amazing location. The closeness to Lucca, Pisa etc… makes everything so easy to reach, absolutely convenient. The house is huge with extremely comfortable beds and unique furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and tastefully equipped. It’s hard to spend any time in the house though as the garden is simply divine, it’s a gorgeous, park-like garden with thousands of flowers, so peaceful. Our children spent many hours in the gigantic pool, perfect in the hot summer :-). The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we loved cuddles from the beautiful Hugo X. Thank you again and highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

I booked the villa for a vacation with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived because the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times better than what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING you need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb but these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of storage space. The villa is very spacious which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on every floor are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space are just perfect! The outdoor bar totally won us over and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong… A big thank you for this wonderful stay! Beautiful place, private surrounding but require car to go shopping and/or to restaurant or beach. Fantastic views and super kitchen that has everything. Great place for 6-8 people who want to spend time together, cooking and chillin. Lots of areas to hang together or if you want some privacy every now and then. Very friendly and easy check in and check out.

Our stay at this beautiful house was just perfect. The location is idyllic and quiet, ideal for a relaxing break. We (2 adults and 2 children) had a perfect vacation at this beautiful house. Brandon is an excellent host: Very friendly, responsive, helpful and flexible on top. The greeting and the handover on site were both very uncomplicated and flexible. Everything was exactly as described by Brandon and as visible on the pictures he uploaded on AirBNB. I can highly recommend booking this beautiful house. The interior is modern and new and decorated/furnished with a great taste. Everything is there what you will need. The house is situated in a very safe (gated community) and quite neighborhood. On top you will enjoy a beautiful garden and an astonishing view of the bay/sea. Overall, we were able to fully relax and can therefore highly recommend this beautiful house. You won’t regret it!

I booked this place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. The house has an exceptional location with a sensational view of the bay of Saint Maxime. Car is absolutely necessary. About, 10 minutes to the sea. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Easy to find, uncomplicated check-in. All was perfectly prepared. ( Baby cot + high chair ) We immediately felt at home. In the house, there is enough space to cook and eat in the open living/kitchen area with 8 people. There is even a fireplace for cold days. The outdoor area is also awesome. Several levels to linger. Great pool, jacuzzi, sauna, even a boule area at the bottom of the property is available. Thank you Stephane for the wonderful holiday week. Frank & family

This home was a nice and needed respite away from some busy, packed and crowded travel days. We originally had plans to tour the Riviera but ditched them to stay closer to this home and the beaches of Juan les Pins. We rented e-bikes, which made a huge difference in how we could get around. I highly recommend that. This home is fantastic. Plenty of room for the six of us.

Our stay at 'Les Oliviers" was lovely. Everything is as described and seen in the photos. Everything very private and very discreet housekeeping on site...thank you for that! The check-in worked perfectly and Thomas was always on hand whenever you had a question. The area is wonderful, very beautiful beaches and the wonderful town of Bonifacio are just around the corner. The airport did not bother us, there is not that much traffic. So thanks for everything, anytime again.

Great house and mega good for the price. The landlady was super friendly and easily accessible. The house is a little far from the sea (about 20min by car) but has a large pool. Especially the outdoor area with the big terrace and a big garden with swings, trampoline and table tennis was great. A barbecue is also available, so we actually never had to leave the house except for shopping, because there is only one small shop in the village itself, which is rarely open and only offers the most necessary. Nevertheless, we were able to relax there really well. There are many hiking trails in the area if you want to do something. A really great place to stay and we definitely want to go back.

Fantastic place with an incredible view!

This is a wonderful rental with a wonderful view. A perfect place to gather with family and enjoy the sweetness of Corsican spring. I'll come back to that.
