In the beautiful Sörmländ countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, you will find the little cottage on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we today run a café. There we have a flea market and a shop. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. You can buy a simpler breakfast in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that you look out over the fields. Bagarstuga is a charming, older cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with a beautiful view of the fields. Low ceilings!

Havstomt Trosa

Welcome to our house with its own waterfront plot in the Trosa archipelago. You have your own jetty and beach and you can walk the Sörmlandsleden trail that starts about 200 meters from the house. The house has a lovely outdoor shower and is only 20 meters to the jetty and sea swimming. There is also access to fishing and boating. There is the possibility to use the following attractions: Access to a berth is available. Access to sauna raft for a fee. Tour by boat and driver for a fee. Water skiing, wakeboarding and water ring for a fee.

The main house has a double room and sleeping loft, the guest house has two double rooms with lovely views of the sea. Stendörren Nature Reserve is only a 1.8-kilometer walk from the house. Relax with your family or friends in this peaceful space. Here on Ekeby farm you live close to animals & nature. 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store & gas station. 1 hour from stockholm & 15 minutes to Nyköping. The kitchen is equipped with two stove plates, Air fryer, oven is not available. Outdoors there is a barbecue with charcoal and lighter fluid. Duvets and pillows are available, but you bring your own bedding and towels. Cleaning is not included. Cleaning equipment is available so you can clean up after yourself.

You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.
