This is a private, authentic log house rental nestled in the forest of Mitsue Village, Nara Prefecture. The family has cherished and used this villa for their own use, and we offer it to guests during its off-peak seasons. The high, open ceilings, light streaming in through the triangular windows, and the substantial presence of the thick logs create a dignified atmosphere. A wood-burning stove is located inside, allowing you to relax and enjoy the flames in winter. With futons and two beds in the loft, it can accommodate up to 5 people. The spacious, covered wooden deck is equipped with a BBQ grill (Weber) and a table, allowing you to enjoy outdoor meals while overlooking the forest, even on rainy days. It's approximately a 45-minute drive from the Hari Interchange and about 30 minutes from Nabari Station. It's also easily accessible from Osaka and Nagoya. Located within a rental villa area, this property welcomes families and adult groups seeking a quiet getaway. It's the perfect place for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the forest atmosphere surrounded by the scent of wood. *Please refrain from using the property for parties, as there are other guests staying nearby. *Pets are not allowed. *Self-check-in is required. Infants (0-5 years old) can stay free of charge without bedding. Please do not include them in your reservation count.

It's a little out of breath on the slope of Soer Village, but the view is a reward! This house is home to three family members of the owner and an elderly dog (currently in the middle of nursing). This is a relaxed, owner-occupied inn where guests are welcomed as if they were at home. The seasonal changes are intense, and in spring the cherry blossoms in the garden bloom softly, and in summer the sky is full of stars at night, making you wonder, "Is this real?"That's the level of precipitation we're talking about. In autumn, the mountains behind the house turn bright red like a work of art, and in winter, it is very cold, but the wood-burning stove keeps you warm. There are 2 private rooms, and up to 6 people can stay! Other guests may be staying at the same time, but you can all share the common spaces and enjoy a relaxing time in the mountain house! You may also hear the sounds of daily life and the breathing of an elderly dog (sometimes snoring), but we hope you will enjoy it as a "real BGM of the countryside".
