Nishimura-tei Hanare - 100-year-old old house with a kitchen & dining room

Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

We have started renting bicycles and tandem bicycles (2-seaters). How about cycling together as a couple? It is also close to Sakadokoro Fushimi, Uji no Heidain, Inari Taisha Shrine, Yasaka no Iwashimizu Yasaka Shrine, 30 minutes to Nara, and is perfect for sightseeing in southern Kyoto. Artist's house in Kyoto with a big cypress bath

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. 100 year old Kyoumachiya 【４DK】３min Ginkakuji

This is a 90-year-old traditional Kyoumachiya certified by Kyoto City. World heritage Ginkakuji Temple and the path of philosophy are within a 5-minute walk. It is also a convenient location for Nanzenji and Heian Shrine. Kyoumachiya, where ordinary people enjoy the seasons and enjoy daily life, is a relaxing and nostalgic space. It is 92 square meters including the 2nd floor, and the wet area is easy to use and has been renovated, so you can spend it comfortably.
