Toilet and shower in a separate building in 20-30 seconds. Recreation area: courtyard with barbecue and open kitchen with refrigerator. Surroundings: Eco-canping Krucha, nearby hills, forest, Dnipro and walking routes.

On four levels, connected by spiral stairs there are: kitchen with bathroom, welcoming with sofa and fireplace, hot tub with shower, bedroom with bathroom. Furniture and finishes are made of an array of valuable wood. The house is on a quiet street in the center of Yaremche. The windows overlook the Elephant cliff. Opposite the pond and nice green space. Nearby is Prut River, supermarket, pizzeria, McDonald's. There is a parking space.
