Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the coastline,beach clubs such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca (places such as coastal beach, mali beach, Battery beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık horse bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house, which were later included in our house.

The number of beds is increased with inflatable mattresses for extra people. Rabbits, cats and squirrels will also accompany you during your stay.

The apartment is located in Alsancak, the liveliest and most popular district of Izmir, within a 5-10 minutes walk to shoreline (Kordon), the bazaar , all cafes, pubs and restaurants. You can use the tram line, which is 2 minutes away from the house, to go to the historical Konak and Kemeraltı. For a pleasant ferry ride to Karşıyaka or Konak, it is sufficient to walk for 10 minutes to the Alsancak pier.
