In the surrounding area you will find hiking trails that lead to great nature along the beach and to the mountains. The beautiful sandy beach is a popular area for windsurfing.

Good fishing and swimming opportunities in the lake, as well as pleasant mountains if you want some exercise. It is a short distance to Fosnavåg or Ulsteinvik which has many restaurants and shops. Sunnmørsbadet (water park) is located about 13-14 min drive from the cabin. Rowboat and fishing equipment available.

In the immediate vicinity you will find a playground, artificial grass court, tennis court and ball court.
