Perfect place to stay at and relax. It's located a few seconds away from the sea and seven minutes from the first beach. There's a promenade along the sea which leads you by the marina to the city center. It's next to the park where some summer events are held. It's close to the tennis courts where the renowned Umag Open Croatia ATP tennis tournament has been taking place for years. The grocery store is a 10-minute walk away.
