We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

We had such a great stay at Marjana's. The house, pool, outdoors is just amazing!! She is a very kind and helpful person. The views from the house are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness. The house is very big with plenty of space and all you might need. We hope to stay again soon!

Review: I had the pleasure of staying at Ivana’s house in Banjole during my summer vacation in Croatia, and it was truly a delightful experience. The house itself was spacious, offering plenty of room for comfort and relaxation. One of the great advantages was the availability of free parking right in front of the house, which made it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. The location was fantastic, with a wide array of restaurants just a stone’s throw away. We had the opportunity to explore and indulge in different culinary delights each day, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Whether we were in the mood for local delicacies or international cuisine, there was always something to satisfy our taste buds. Another highlight of Ivana’s house was its proximity to stunning beaches. We didn’t have to venture far to soak up the sun, take refreshing dips in the crystal-clear waters, and bask in the beauty of the coastline. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and beauty.

We were allowed to stay with Ivan as a larger group for about two weeks and felt very comfortable. The house, pool and outdoor area corresponded to the pictures, the view of Labin (especially in the evening) is wonderful. The house is quietly located. Idyllic beaches can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Ivan gave us tips on beaches, events and restaurants during our stay and even cooked for us once. We will be happy to come back.

Lea’s place is amazing and I felt right at home on my first day. She was very helpful, I stayed for a couple months and she made sure I was comfortable. The apartment is bigger than the photos and the terrace is amazing. It’s a beautiful home with great views. It’s safe and quiet and not far from the beach (about a 15-20 minute walk). There are a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store nearby. There’s also a bus stop right outside the front door which is helpful. I would move in if I could! 😊

Highly recommended apartment! Perfect for two people, very well cared for and equipped with everything you need, exactly as described in the listing. The environment is quiet, very close to wonderful beaches and with a nice promenade in a short time you can reach the center of Rovinj. Filip was a super helpful host, friendly and attentive to any of our needs. We hope to be back very soon!

The communication with Dragana has been smooth from the start. She was always available and helpful during the stay. The place was very clean and child-friendly. The house was super equipped, so you felt at home. We can definitely recommend the accommodation!

We stayed in Milena's house for a week now and felt comfortable there. The apartment was actually bigger than we expected. Despite the heat, it was also well tolerated in the house without the available air conditioning. Previously, Milena wrote how it works with the key handover, everything worked out just fine. Milena's son greeted us very nicely. The house was handed over to us clean. With the kitchen inventory, you could replace a few small things. You have everything you need. Oven,coffee maker,kettle,microwave…. Price/performance top! The beach is Max.5 minutes away. There are snacks and snack bars. In one of the bars, there was often live music in the evening.
