Farmhouse of 30 square meters right by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. The guest has the whole house at their disposal. The house houses integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 WC. Wifi is available. On the farm there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice guard for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Smaller cabin only 15 meters to the river! Great Sun location! Full equipped kitchen. Shower, toilet and washing/drying machine. 48" TV with chromecast. 160 single size bed. 140 sofa bed. Wood-fired sauna & hot tub are available, SEK 750/4h hot tub, SEK 750/4h sauna. Bed linens/towel rent SEK 150 per person. Hot tub is not guaranteed when booking takes place less than 5 days before.(cleaning, chem and chlorine) Enjoy the view, nice walking trails, close to central town, nature reserve, Ica maxi & Avion.

Here you live calm and peaceful ten minutes from Umeå. Own house (farmhouse) 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed is available in the form of a nice sleeping mattress to put on the floor. Toilet with shower that also houses a combined washer and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200 cm and an extra bed box spring mattress 80x200 cm, with mattress topper.

Cozy accommodation with lake view in a scenic area. The house was partially renovated in 2020. On the lower floor, there is a large living room, kitchen, large bathroom and a small toilet. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. Close to nature next to Umeå's large nature reserve. Car parking directly outside, possibility to rent a boat for fishing. Bus to and from the apartment departs throughout the day at 1-hour intervals, approx. 20 min travel (not weekends). The bus passes Umeå Airport and it takes 5 minutes to the apartment. Perfect for IT nomads as access to an exclusive ergonomic office chair can be used in combination with fast internet (300 Mbit)
