Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

The cottage is located 13 km south of Örnsköldsvik close to Höga Kustenleden, beach and the sea. Linen, towel and cleaning is included in the price. Eight kilometers from the cottage is Robertsfors, where there are grocery stores, cafés and museums. There's also a golf course in Robertsfors.
