Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

Great view and squeaky clean house. The host was very responsive and helpful as well. Pets allowed which is great. Clean towels, water, turkish coffee & chocolate, shampoo & shower gel, trash bag, dishwashing liquid and detergent were provided, the spacious shower and bed were really comfortable. Thanks Can!

We had a wonderful week in Kadıköy! The apartment could not have had a better location: in the middle of vibrant Kadıköy, five minutes to ferries, metro, sea side promenade, silent Moda.

It was a really nice flat in a residence that almost works like a hotel. Very clean facilities, although lack kitchen equipment (maybe because it is like a hotel?) Very nice and clean pool, but unfortunately the pool is under shade of the building, thus without water heating it was freezing to dip in even at over 30 degree weather.

The place looks like the pictures. Do note that the place is on level 0 so in my opinion it’s colder :) regardless, we’re satisfied the heater & hot water works just fine. The place is clean & they pretty much have all the utensils for cooking. We like it! The environment is the best, it’s in a quiet neighborhood, close to bus and metro as well as mini market (price is reasonable) to supply us. Ferhat is responsive, his team is friendly & helpful! My family love his place as our first stay together in istanbul :)

The apartment was just as described and shown in the pictures. It is worth for the price. Location is great, walking distance to main sights. Finding a parking spot is impossible, but the host was helpful to arrange it. The host was super responsive and nice.

Thanks to Kerem for me check in early and telling me how to take the metro from the airport to the apartment. The apartment is quiet and you can hear the birds singing. Within 15 minutes' walk there are parks, cafes, restaurants, currency exchange, supermarkets, buses and metro.........

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood in Kadikoy. Clean and warm house. The kitchen had everything you need. Hot water with pressure. Great location for walking, lots of places nearby to eat and drink. The host was always very helpful and kind. She responded to all our requests and beyond that she also allowed us to check in early. Thanks!! Small things to improve: The location of the bed only on one side is a problem when you want to move around. The refrigerator is too noisy every now and then. The location of the washing machine near the toilet is not convenient, especially for large and tall people.

Melih's place was exceptionally good! Booked this apartment because of the cozy and homey feel it had, and once checked in, it did not disappoint. Melih was very responsive from the first request, incredibly friendly and helpful host, offered to go above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable unique one in a city I often visit. The check in was smooth and very flexible. As soon as I got to the apartment, I was in awe of how well it was thought of, how clean it was, and I mean extremely clean (this is coming from an OCD person for clean places). there was everything you need for a comfortable stay that felt like staying at a family home. The location is also very convenient as described. Every single detail in the apartment, from the toiletries in the bathroom, to the kitchen, to the ornaments and artwork in the entire apartment, and oh, the googly eyes on simple imperfections to make them humorous, and I cannot stop mentioning how clean the floors and carpets were. Thank you!

The apartment is very easy to find with the detailed instructions from our host Hüseyin. The surroundings are quiet, as cul-de-sac, close to the sea/ park,good restaurants within walking distance ,Marmaray and shopping are also within walking distance. The beautiful apartment was super clean, very tastefully decorated and everything for everyday needs was available. We felt "at home" and welcome. By the way, thank you for the delicious apples and the 5 liters of drinking water🤗👍🏻! We will be back for sure... Thank you for this wonderful, relaxing stay!

Stay on the Asian side and STAY HERE! A block from a grocer, street vendors everywhere, cafes everywhere, restaurants everywhere, 15 min walk to ferries, 15 to underground, 10 to the boardwalk along the water, etc etc Worried about that one person who rated her low because of rules?? Here are the rules: “Please don’t wear shoes in the house” and “Please don’t have parties and non registered guests here” Totally acceptable. You’ll llive her place, her communication, and the neighborhood I stayed 2 months+ and loved it.
