Newly renovated ground floor condo in quiet, private community. Centrally-located, light-filled, and convenient to hospitals and Charlotte's Uptown. Venture out to discover nearby restaurants & shopping or stay in and enjoy the courtyard view from the patio. Well-equipped kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, wi-fi, and Roku SmartTV. We have had the apartment sealed between the units and have purchased an air purifier for guest comfort to address the occasional smells coming from adjacent units.
