Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Union County

Great host, home and experience. The home was perfect for our family getaway- fully stocked with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and close to downtown Scotch Plains and surrounding areas.

I had an amazing stay with my family at this house in Newark! The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. It was everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was exceptional, always responsive and very accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed and even offering helpful local recommendations. One of the best things was how easy it was to get to New York. The bus stop was just a short walk away, and the ride into the city was quick and convenient. It made exploring Manhattan a breeze without the hassle of driving or parking. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with a fantastic host!

Me and my friends stayed for the weekend and it’s one of the best air bnb I stayed in jersey, the place was clean and the hosts was very nice they even left house slippers for us and responded fast when we had questions , really enjoyed it will be staying there again

Victor is very responsive. His instructions were clear and the place matched its description. Very well kept. Very thoughtful. There were two umbrellas just in case we needed it. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better.

Used this space for the weekend and me and my partner couldn’t be happier. Very nice interior with up to date appliances and nice basic house amenities available. Peaceful area and not difficult to get to from the city at all, would recommend!

The place is very nice. Very nice boho theme decorations. Janelle was very responsive. Only thing is I’m not sure if the whole building is rentals or for air BNB but I did wake up one morning to music playing upstairs which was a bit frustrating but other than that everything was nice.

Very spacious and accommodating for my family. The location was ideal for what we needed.

Overall we were very satisfied with the apartment, the location and the cleanliness for what we paid. The only disappointment was the fact that it is a sub-basement apartment with very little natural light coming in. This was not clear to us at the time of booking. AB Marketing were. very responsive to the requests and. delivery of additional pillows and towels. On street parking could be an issue if staying during week days as much of the local parking requires a residential permit. The off street driveway at the apartment was constantly occupied. The points I raise above are only minor issues for us and did not detract from our time there. We would definitely stay there again or at any other property AB Marketing operate.

A wonderful place to stay. 20 minutes to Newark. Lovely quiet neighborhood. I loved the free parking in the back of the house. If you are a fan of hot showers this is the place! It's a very cozy spot. Roy, Dijina and Nidia are awesome hosts. Thank you so much.

Excellent location with parking! Close to the airport and NYC. The location was perfect, the home was perfect for my family and I needs. I did not know the laundry was not in the unit but in the basement, not a problem. Otherwise the home was wonderful and convenient for work/pleasure trip.
