Walking distance from the main attractions: Puerta del Sol, Ópera, Callao. 5 minutes walking from Manzanares river and all you want if you are looking for a peaceful holiday right in the heart of Madrid. The flat is very spacious. It has a fully equipped with a brand new kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and a very stylish living room. The bedroom has air conditioning and you can also enjoy the swimming pool in the hot days of summer.

House next to the Retiro, Ideal for families.

Very bright and quiet. We have had a CONSTRUCTION SITE on the opposite block that has generated some annoying noises during the week, since they do NOT work on weekends, but the City Council has informed us that they will end on October 18, 2025. Well connected, a 5-minute walk from the Retiro and a 25-minute walk from the Salamanca neighborhood. Buses 3 minutes from home, Metro stop Pacific Line 1_Blue and 15 minutes Atocha station. Very close to Barrio Salamanca and Retiro Park.
