Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Upper Hunter Shire Council

Thanks Steven, we had a lovely time staying at Roma Cottage. We had a private tour at Aussie Ark on Sunday which we all enjoyed and learnt so much. Dinner at Moonan Flat Pub was delicious and such a cool Country pub.

We had the loveliest time at Liz’s gorgeous slice of paradise. Liz, you really have thought of everything, and then some! We appreciated the thoughtful provisions in the pantry (marshmallows!), the bountiful breakfast hamper, and the delicious coffee (travelling with 3 small children & a dog on a full moon was a sliiiiight oversight on my part, haha!). The kids loved paddling in the pool, filling up the bird feeders with seed, and searching for fairies and goblins in the garden. Roasting marshmallows was also a hit! The beds were beautifully dressed and extremely comfortable, as was the rest of the house. We wish we could have stayed longer! We will most definitely be return guests, if you’ll have us! Absolutely stunning view in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The house is bigger than the pictures show, so there is plenty of room. Nathan was excellent at responding and offering helpful hints. Can't think of a better spa outlook than here and the entertainment room was a winner with the kids. We shall return!

This is one of the best experiences we had in Airbnb, something I have been looking for for years - "in the middle of nowhere". We had a great time in the tiny house. It was very clean and we have everything we need in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful time here! The house is incredibly comfortable and well put together. So many lovely little touches to make you feel at home. The kitchen is excellent. Beautiful linen, beautiful bathrooms. We arrived on Anzac Day so almost nothing was open on our way to the house, but the hosts tracked down the one open venue where we could get supplies. The property is stunning. My partner and I managed to see 28 different bird species in one day just around the farm house. On one of our walks we saw an Antechinus! It is very quiet and peaceful. Honestly disappointed we couldn’t stay longer, and would love to come back

Our family had a great stay at Simona's place. The highlight for our kids was the large pool, which came in handy during the hot weather we had at the time.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hillview over New Years. The house itself is very comfortable and clean, and easily accommodated all 4 of us. We took full advantage of the pool during the hot days we had while we were there- which was definitely a highlight of our stay. The town is charming, and has everything you could need for a country getaway. Jenine was also very helpful in providing more information on the house and property prior to arrival. Would definitely consider coming back!

What a very special place. We were lucky enough to stay after a significant amount of rain so the waterfall was in full force. The sound of the rushing water was very loud and breathtaking. If you appreciate falling asleep to the sounds of nature, then this place is for you. Lovingly constructed from reclaimed timber, this cabin is rustic and charming in the best possible way. The towells were plush, the linen clean, the shower was hot and the cereal, milk, drip coffee and snacks were an appreciated extra touch. The bed was just okay as the mattress probably needs replacing soon. But this did not spoilt our stay. No TV - just sitting by the fire, roasting marshmallows and looking over that beautiful waterfall was exactly what our busy family needed. We'll definitely be back.
