Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. We often accommodate early/late check in/outs, just ask. Pets welcome, please message for details ahead of your stay.

Tiny House Train-Eco stay

Thank you for renting the train as this really helps me. The train runs on solar power, all your water is spring water and is a great example of up cycling and recycling. The tiny house train is located on a 10 acre/4.2 hectare organic blueberry farm and was restored in 2018 and turned into a tiny house in May 2019. There is a cozy log burner plus electric blanket and heat pumps. There is a smart TV Netflix supplied . Wifi is Starlink with laptop friendly kitchen table. Self checkin after 2pm.

Longforde Cottage

Welcome to Longforde, a very special, charming and beautifully furnished cottage attached to our main home but completely independent with your own access and landscaped to ensure your absolute privacy. Set on 4 acres of stunning gardens, each room has private rural views of the countryside and Tararua ranges. We are located at the end of one of Greytowns most beautiful streets, a walkable 2km into the shops and cafes. As well, we are on a popular walking and biking route to the Waiohine river.

Mustang Cottage - a quiet gem & private hide-away

Mustang cottage is a unique private cosy space with homely touches and secure off-road parking for larger vehicles and trailers. Lawn & garden spaces for pets to roam safely. 3 min walk to Woburn train station & bus stops, local supermarket and bakeries. Nearby parks, river, queensgate mall, cinemas, restaurants. Kitchenette type facilities so you can cook a basic meal. Conveniently located a 2min walk from Heretaunga train station taking you directly to Sky Stadium / the city, also close to Royal Wellington Golf Club & Trentham Race Course it is the ideal place to stay if you are attending an event at one of these venues. Cafe & bus stop 2min stroll away.

The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.

Set within 6 acres of farmland this rustic 1993 self-contained caravan with a double bedroom and a deck is a comfortable spot to get a taste of rural life, while only being 7 minutes away from the heart of Lower Hutt. This getaway is ideal for 2, but with space for 4 people - it suits people who are young at heart and enjoy living in close quarters or families with younger children. The Little White Bach

1960s fully renovated home in the heart of Martinborough. Perfect getaway for a couple, family or friends to explore the local boutique wineries or the many attractions the Wairarapa has to offer. We have two queen size rooms and one king single, all bedrooms have good size wardrobes. We have two beautiful large decks one south facing out front and one in the back for all day and evening entertainment. We have new radiator heating to keep you warm in cooler months.

Glamping At Johns Hut, Country Pines

Johns Hut is located in our private manuka and forestry block. It is an idyllic spot with hundreds of acres to explore and with only native birds to join you. There is hot water for you to enjoy for outdoor showers and baths but no electricity and no phone reception, so you can truly relax and unwind. There is a large outdoor fire, self contained kitchen and plenty of beds - all beautifully restored in their rustic form. We would love to host you in our spot of heaven!

This is a very special place. A private studio with your own deck and outdoor bathtub in a stunning seaside setting. The hillside location has panoramic views from beautiful Ōwhiro Bay over Raukawa Moana (Cook Strait) to the majestic Kaikōura mountains of the South Island. You'll be in a marine reserve, yet only 12 mins to the city centre and airport, and 5 mins to the shops, cafes, bars & cinemas. It is nature at its wildest on the edge of the city.
