The open-plan layout between the exclusive kitchen and the living room creates a natural gathering place for the whole family. The house was built in 2014 (energy class B) with water-based underfloor heating on the ground floor for wonderful comfort all year round.

There is a shower in another building a few metres away, the annexe. Quiet and pleasant area with forest all around. We are a 10-minute walk from Wenngarn Castle. By car 15 minutes to Arlanda 25 minutes to Uppsala 45 minutes to Stockholm.

On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.
