The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Hedvig

Lev det enkla livet i detta fridfulla och centralt belägna boende. Lägenheten har vi döpt till Hedvig efter min farfarsmor som tillsammans med sin man Lars-Emil var den första i vår familj som startade sågverket. Huset lägenheten ligger i byggdes runt 1880 och tillhörde ett sågverk och senare hyvleri. Lägenheten är från början en tjänstebostad och en del snickerier finns kvar men en del är också nytt. Köket och badrummet är nyrenoverade 2024.

A separate apartment in a larger house from the beginning of the 20th century with old-fashioned charm. There are in total four vacation apartments. Strömsberg is a unique village with a heritage of centuries of ironworks. There is small river where you can go of a swim, and there is a summer-open café. This is a quiet place where you can enjoy peaceful surroundings, but don´t expect much tourist services. Sheets and towels can be rented.
