Welcome to stay next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a fireplace.

Old, cozy cottage in the countryside, yet close to everything

Next to Hjälstaviken's nature reserve is this cottage, which is a wing building to Husby-Sjutolft's vicarage. Parts of the house are probably from the 1700s. The house is 60 square meters with two rooms, kitchen, hall and bathroom with shower. You live next door to the host family, but have your own "backside" with a balcony down the afternoon and evening sun and views of the agricultural landscape. In the area, there are nice walking paths and trails around Hjälstaviken, at Ekolsund Castle and in the forests around. Grocery store is within 10 km.

The bakery is located close to Stockholm, Uppsala, Arlanda, forest and nature as well as several different beaches. Close to major city and rural tranquility, excursions and shopping. You will love the bakery because it is secluded, homely, picturesque and historically located next to an ancient Viking trail as well as Uppland's largest ancient castle from the Viking Age within walking distance. Full kitchen, shower and toilet. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming place on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km. Outside the cabin, you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full with toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about a 40 minute drive . Easier Livs approx. 5 km away.

Distance: Sigtuna (4 km by foot/cycle path, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area, about 100 meters away. On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

Vår charmiga gäststuga ligger i ett naturskönt område med skogar och sjöar direkt inpå knuten. Fina vandringsmöjligheter direkt utanför dörren. Stugan är ca 22 m2 och har ett helkaklat badrum med dusch, ett enkelt pentry med kylskåp, frysfack, mikrovågsugn, plattor och vattenkokare och köksbord. Det finns två sängar samt en bäddsoffa med soffbord. Goda kommunikationer med buss eller bil till Uppsala (20 min) och Arlanda (35 min). Endast 75 km till Stockholm.
