Die liebevoll, modern, komfortabel und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung bietet freie Aussicht auf das Bergpanorama. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bahnhof und saisonale Busstation (bspw. zu den Bergbahnen).

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum Haus gehört ein Bootssteg mit Anlegerecht. Im Dorf hat es einen öffentlichen Strand mit Rasen Liegefläche. Das Fahrzeug kann im Dorf parkiert werden. Zwei Parkkarten sind inbegriffen. Zu Fuss ist das Haus in 3-4 Gehminuten gemäss Fotos erreichbar.
