The cottage is located in Wartowo, which is part of the summer village of Kołczewo in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Wolin commune, near the largest lake on the island - Koprowo. The area has excellent conditions for hiking, cycling and fishing, and for beach lovers there is a beautiful stretch of the Baltic coastline. The nearest beach is less than 2 km from the property (Świętouść), and a wild beach is located in the Wolin National Park. Provided: - free parking - free Wi-Fi

Our small guest house in the garden is also a small gallery, a bit of a big Tini house, and it was once a small stable, the outer walls of which are also preserved, until almost 80 years ago. Since then, it has served as a guest residence. Inside, everything is very modern and has underfloor heating. It is very important to mention the loft bed, there is only one double loft bed for sleeping... if this is too difficult, you cannot be our guest...

The apartment in the separate garden house is 44 square meters in size and features large sliding glass doors that lead onto the sun terrace. It can accommodate 2 people. The custom-made kitchen with dining area is luxuriously equipped and opens onto the living area with a cozy couch corner. The bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm) is separated by a modern room divider. It has an en suite bathroom with natural light.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Time for a break - tranquility in nature (Wh blue)

In my guesthouse, I offer people the opportunity to find themselves in a break. In a quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, on a property with many places to linger, you can relax - without sacrificing the comfort of an individual modern accommodation. The guesthouse consists of 2 residential units, which are rented separately, the kitchen is shared. Pets welcome by prior arrangement (see house rules).

Vacation home for two in Lassan opposite Usedom

The cottage for two is a tiny house on the outskirts of Lassan; the front on Wolgaster Straße, the back with an open view towards Papenberg – and everything easily accessible (e.g. the harbor in about 1 km, publicly accessible beach at the nature campsite 1.5 km), because there are two bikes available free of charge. The cottage it contains only this one apartment and it is also the only one on the property.

Baltic-Resort Pobierowo

This property is a 5-minute walk from the beach. Located in Pobierowo, 45 km from Kołobrzeg, Baltic-Resort Pobierowo offers free WiFi and free private parking. All cottages are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a kettle. Some of these include a seating area. Luggage storage is available at the property. The Baltic-Resort Pobierowo is 47 km from Świnoujście, while Międzyzdroje is 34 km away.

Our apartment is 40 sqm large and separately laid out on the property. This is located in a popular residential area in Stralsund, from where the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, a bedroom, a children's room, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue. A car parking space is available. The storage of brought bicycles is possible.

The 2-storey flat in the garden house offers everything for a relaxing stay for up to 2 people on 50 m². On the ground floor, you will find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed (180x200 cm). The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen with dining area adjoins the cosy living area, which offers access to the balcony. Dogs are very welcome.

Half-timbered loft on the Bodden with garden and pond

This former workshop now serves as a modern half-timbered loft of 75 square meters. The fully glazed half-timbered front overlooks the garden with pond. The open design offers a view outside from every corner of the house. In the house is a sauna, shower, bath and shower toilet. In the garden you can grill under the canopy, we have a gas grill for you. Wifi with approx. 25Mbit/s
