In the Rugardwald, there are hiking and cycling trails, a summer and winter toboggan run, giant slides, a playground and the Ernst-Moritz-Arndt observation tower. Since Bergen, the island's capital, is centrally located, you can reach the Baltic Sea coast 🌊⚓ and the Störtebeker Festspielen in just a few kilometres. The famous White Cliffs of Dover are located in Sassnitz. The Nature Heritage Centre with the treetop trail in Prora.

Sea Ranch

The cottage is located in Wartowo, which is part of the summer village of Kołczewo in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Wolin commune, near the largest lake of the island - Koprowo. The area has excellent conditions for hiking, cycling and fishing, and for beach lovers there is a beautiful stretch of the Baltic coastline. The nearest beach is less than 2 km from the property (Świętouść), and a wild beach is located in the Wolin National Park. Provided: - free parking - free Wi-Fi

Apartment on the Szczecin Lagoon

Our holiday apartment is situated on a peninsula in a unique location – on one side, it is just 100 metres from Lake Neuwarp, and on the other side, it is only about 80 metres from the Szczecin Lagoon. Perfect for relaxation, enjoying nature and leisurely walks by the water. In our small town, you will find two bistros, a pizzeria and a café. There is a supermarket only about 500 metres from the flat. The beautiful city of Szczecin is located approximately an hour's drive from us.

Domek Lawenda is in a quiet, safe part of Szczecin, near Police (about 15 min each way). Surrounded by forests, fields and lakes, it’s perfect for peaceful walks or a relaxing break from city life. Shops and Vendo Park are close by for convenience. Inside, enjoy a cosy 55 m² space with PS4, Netflix, UNO cards & Scrabble — perfect for winter evenings or fun with friends. Outside, the beautiful garden is ideal for morning coffee, unwinding, or a relaxing evening barbecue.

Our small guest house in the garden is also a small gallery, a bit also a large Tini house, and it was once until almost 80 years ago a small stable, whose outer walls are also preserved. Since then it has served as a guest domicile. Inside, everything is completely modernly renovated and has underfloor heating. Very important to mention is the bunk bed, there is only one double bunk bed for sleeping... if that is too difficult, you cannot be our guest...

Cozy bungalow with garden by the Baltic Sea

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

Vacation home for two in Lassan opposite Usedom

The vacation home for two is a tiny house on the outskirts of Lassan; the front on Wolgaster Straße, the back with an open view towards Papenberg – and everything is easily accessible (e.g. the harbor in about 1 km, publicly accessible beach at the natural campsite 1.5 km), because there are two bicycles available free of charge. The vacation house contains only this one apartment and it is also the only one on the property.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Vacation home on the Achterwasser

The lovingly furnished apartment is in a quiet location on the Achterwasser, in Bernsteinbad Ückeritz. The harbor, with a surf school, boat rental, restaurants and not to forget, the unforgettable sunsets, is right outside the front door. The apartment is modern, Scandinavian and offers, with a size of 30 m², enough space for two people. Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is a non-smoking area.

Half-timbered loft on the Bodden with garden and pond

This former workshop now serves as a modern half-timbered loft with 75 square meters. The completely glazed half-timbered front overlooks the garden with pond. The open design offers a view outside from every corner of the house. In the house is a sauna, shower, bathtub and a shower toilet. In the garden you can barbecue under the canopy, we have a gas grill for you. Wi-Fi with approx. 25 Mbit/s
