It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. Apartment for 4 people in Fürstenwerder. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. IMPORTANT: We ask you to bring linens and towels. In return, we will refund you €10 of the cleaning fees. For the sheets: the two beds are 160 x 200. Pillows and blankets are there, only the bedding is to be brought. The apartment is on the ground floor, on the 1st floor above there is another apartment, which is also used in the summer. See the notes below.

The ONE ROOM flat has easy access to the lake, separate entry and own garden. The house is located in a peaceful village. Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. No EV charging facility.
