Cette maison est idéale pour une famille avec deux enfants, située dans un quartier calme à 10 minutes à pied de l’embarcadère du Stiff et à 5 minutes à pied de la plage d’Arlan. Le quartier est calme, à 10 minutes en vélo du bourg. Le marché hebdomadaire est le mercredi et le samedi matin à l'ancienne école "Sainte-Anne" au bourg de Lampaul. Maison lumineuse sur jardin clos, avec une grande pièce à vivre.
