The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

Very good accomodation and we have enjoyed our stay . Ece was very responsive and accommodated all our requests . Suite is very big and can easily spend quiet time inside. Lot of good restaurants and cafes near by and good transportation options to city . We went to explore Istanbul for 3 days and enjoyed my vacation . WiFi is sometimes disconnecting and can be improved .

Our stay was lovely. We had a few minor issues, but Mr. Emrah resolved it quickly. I can tell everyone who is thinking of going: The view is great, the communication of the people where we stay is very good and there is an environment where you can feel completely comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat and shopping nearby. One of the most important advantages for me was that there was free indoor parking and an outdoor parking lot belonging to the apartment. Thank you again Mr. Emrah for everything. If we ever get in the way again, we would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed for 15 days at Mubarek's room .it was great place to stay in, there's a lot to do in surrounding area. 15 minutes walk to Grand bazaar, Sultan Ahmet mosque, and Aya Sofia. 3 minutes walk to the sirkeci station,and the tram is behind us. thank you to the staff in Mubarek's place to help us ,specially Safat ,he helped us a lot ,and gave us his transportation card to use it when we're there . whenever I will go to Istanbul, I will plan to stay there. I recommended this place to anyone who love to stay in a quiet place with a wonderful area.

I had a fantastic stay at Ra’s! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions from the host. The space itself was exactly as described, and even more beautiful in person. It was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed with cozy touches that made it feel like a true retreat. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to local attractions and great dining options. I particularly appreciated the Galataport,F train to Taksim &Tram which are just next to the location made the stay extra special. Our host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, including providing great recommendations for nearby activities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience! The location of the house is very good, the interior is clean and the host responded to our questions as soon as possible.

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.

The apartment was just like the pictures. Very big and clean. I just think the TV was too small for the room. The only thing that bothers me is that there is not a lot of sunlight in the house. . The host is really very helpful. Respond and resolved immediately with every issue. In any case, I can recommend it 👍
