Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Üsküdar

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! Appartement propre et confortable, super bien situé dans le quartier Yeldeğirmeni de Kadikoy, qui est bien vivant, plein de cafés et restaurants, mais beaucoup plus tranquille que le sud de Kadikoy. L'appartement est à moins de 10 minutes à pied de plusieurs stations de métro, et de l'embarcadère des ferries. Hakan est un hôte très sympathique et disponible, qui s'assure vraiment que tout se passe bien pour vous tout au long du séjour. Bref, je recommande totalement le choix de cet appartement, pour un séjour magique à Istanbul 🙂

Fikir tepedeki residencelardan biri manzarası harika kocaman bir terası var ev çok kullanışlı ve büyük ve temizdi araçsız gelmiştik biraz metrodan yürüdük sadece ama taksiyle daha kolay. Sıcak atmosferi olan havadar bir ev sadece bazı bakımsız tamire ihtiyaç duyulan bina sıkıntıları var herşey harikaydı teşekkürler

The house is spacious (two bedrooms and a living room) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and the cozy winter lounge are great spots to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just two metro stops away from the Bosphorus shore (Üsküdar). From there, you can easily get anywhere in Istanbul by metro, bus, or ferry. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are open all night.

Ev gerçekten resimlerdeki gibi güzel. Yataklar ve çarşaflar temizdi. Televizyon internete bağlıydı youtube ve netflix var. Keyifli vakit geçirdim gene geleceğim. Teşekkürler Mehmet Bey.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect – everything you could need was provided. It was spacious yet cozy, spotlessly clean, and very well-maintained. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. Our host, Zeynep, was incredibly friendly and service-minded. She responded immediately to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this place and would be more than happy to come back again! Mustafa wa super responsive and helpful. He agreed on early checkin and during last night when we had to have some family members more than what was in the first reservation, he accepted ir without additional charges. House is well equipped, clean and same as photos and if you don’t mind stairs, I would recommend it. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the only issue is steep hill. Overall we had a pleasant stay and Mostafa’s place :)

Aksel Bey’in evi aynı fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibi. 2+1 evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcut. Akıllı ev sistemine sahip, yerden ısıtmalı, gayet konforlu bir daire. Aksel Bey çok nazik ve iletişim kurması kolay birisi. Maslak civarında konaklamanız gerekiyorsa gözü kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz.

everything from check-in to the apartment itself, communication, was just nothing short of amazing. I'd like to thank the staff and everyone for their hospitality and hard work and would absolutely recommend this fantastic Group and their apartments to anyone.

I stayed in this apartment for 5 days. It was just like the pictures, very clean and modern. The location is great - just a 15-minute walk to Taksim Square and 30 minutes to Nisantasi. Burak and his father were very kind, helpful, and always there for us. Everything worked perfectly, and if I come back to Istanbul, I would definitely book this Airbnb again. Thankyou!🌸

El apartamento es fantástico por amplitud, vistas y servicios extra como piscina climatizada-sauna-gimnasio. Fatih es un anfitrón excelente que siempre está dispuesto a ayudar y te facilita cualquier cosa que necesites. Totalmente recomendable

Un gran alojamiento. Muy cómodo, limpio y con estacionamiento, cerca de Taksim. La comunicación fue muy buena y las indicaciones y flexibilidad de llegada ayudaron mucho. Tuvieron detalles que hicieron nuestra estancia más agradable y hasta nos dieron un bonito regalo de año nuevo. Sin duda, volvería a reservar este alojamiento.

Kısa-uzun süre fark etmeksizin Enes beye güvenebilirsiniz. Muhitin konumu süperdi her yere ulaşım çok kolaydı. Kendinizi evinizde hissedeceksiniz. Temizlik konusunda oldukça temizdi.

We organised a family trip to visit the city of our father, and we were very pleased to stay at Mine and Hüseyin’s house. Our stay was perfect: the host was very reactive and friendly, the house is gorgeous with a very nice view and a sunny and quiet garden. The garage was also very convenient. It felt just like home. The neighborhood is really calm and beautiful. In less than 10 minutes we can reach streets with shops and restaurants, and also the boat to reach other places of the city. I would really recommend if you are looking for a lovely stay in Istanbul. I wish myself I could come back here very soon. Thank you again Mine and Hüseyin!

Estoy muy complacida de haber elegido este lugar para mi estadía de un mes en Estambul y lo súper recomiendo. El apartamento es amplio y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia larga. Cuando necesité alguna cosa que no había, me comuniqué con los anfitriones y rápidamente se me proporcionó. La cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas, por lo que descansar allí no es problema. El vecindario es muy seguro y tranquilo, a 5 minutos del puerto de ferrys y la hermosa mezquita, y de la avenida principal que conecta Ortaköy con otras partes de Estambul. Bajando la colina encontrarás también muchos lugares para desayunar y almorzar, así como mercados y panaderías. Si te gusta ejercitarte en contacto con la naturaleza, puedes ir por la costa hasta Arnavutköy y Bebek, o caminar por el hermoso Parque Yıldız, muy cerca de allí. Finalmente, quiero dar las gracias a Burhan y Emre por haber estado pendientes de mi bienestar y siempre atentos a lo que necesitara.

The apartment was incredibly cozy and perfect for a comfortable stay. From the very beginning, the host was exceptionally helpful and welcoming — assisting us with check-in and any questions we had, and always available 24/7. One of the best parts was the neighborhood: peaceful, charming, and full of lovely streets with fresh pastries, delicious local food, and everything within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything needed for a small group — all the amenities, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. The location also offers excellent transport connections, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for creating such a welcoming space. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended to everyone!

First of all, Sigme is very kind, proactive, friendly and very responsive. From the day i checked in until the day i checked out, Sigme will always take the time to check in with me tocensure everything is ok. The location of the accomodation is Amazing!! You can find and walk to the restaurants, bars, cafes super easily. Metro station is super close as well. The house is super clean, comfortable and most importantly cozy. I get to wake up to a horgeous sunrise everyday!! I will definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again when im back in Istanbul!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place in one of the few non touristy area of Istanbul and newly renewed. highly recommend.
