New and beautiful apartment amongst the mountain in the middle from Turin and Bardonecchia. Easily reachable by car or by train, close to the ski resort, hiking in the forest and via ferrata. Light apartment with an external veranda where it is possible to eat outside. The “ Ratin “ ( which means " little mouse" in the local dialect ) is a hosting structure in the town of Susa ( Turin ). It is a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom . The bedroom and bathroom are part of the owners’ house but completely indipendent from it. The bedroom , with a mansard roof , can accomodate up to four people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free wi-fi and TV. Electric fan and mini-fridge. Free parking in private garage for a medium size car or four motorbikes.

Located in the heart of the hamlet of Champs, next to the center of Fenestrelle, I offer a historic house renovated in 2024 equipped with everything you need. The house has 3 bedrooms, a main bathroom and a half bathroom, a balcony and a kitchen with a living area equipped with all accessories including a washing machine. The entrance is directly on the pedestrian street of the beautiful village, 100 meters from the house there are several free parking spaces.

We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

“La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. This small but cozy house, fully accessible, with attention to the smallest details to lull you in the mountain charm, consists of a single room that houses a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom and overlooks the outdoor area equipped as a solarium.

Spacious loft situated in the ever green San Germano, located between Turin and the Olimpic Valleys. The loft is the top floor of the main house where the landlady lives. The flat, 60 Sq mr. with independent access, includes an open space kitchen, bathroom, double bed, and a spare double sofa bed. Form the house and the village direct access to tracking paths and bike rides.
