Nice apartment with private entrance in a villa. Modern kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Just outside the door there is a small patio with nice views of the valley down towards Sävedalen. Private guest wifi is included as well as TV as well as a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes will take you down to Sävedalen's shopping street with different shops and several restaurants. At around the same time, you can reach the bus stop for a further journey towards Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about SEK 150-300

Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Calm living in Göteborg

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!
