Large attractive and pleasant 1½-story villa near the sea in the middle of Hovås. Just over 1 km walk to the sea with several swimming areas. About 10 km from central Gothenburg. Quiet location as the last house on a cul-de-sac without any traffic. Room for several cars on the garage driveway. Child-friendly garden with large areas fenced by hedges. Terrace with lounge group and dining area that has a sunny position most of the day. Express buses from Hovås Nedre (6 minutes) with several departures per hour to central Gothenburg (20 minutes).

Fantastic house with beautiful sea view

Gröna Villan is a charming and tastefully renovated wooden villa from the 1920s, close to both the beach and the west coast's cliffs, but at the same time Gothenburg's city center is a few minutes away. The house's newly-built balconies bathe in light from early morning to sunset and here you can enjoy a fantastic view. Take the shuttle easily into the city center in a few minutes or stay and enjoy the villa's lush garden. Only a stone's throw away, you will also find both an outdoor area and Gothenburg's largest shopping center.

Nice house with fireplace in the middle of nature

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Here you wake up to birdsong, eat breakfast on one of the terraces or bring the breakfast tray to the garden. Perhaps you will take a morning walk together around Vimmersjön, a 4.5 km round in an idyllic rural setting. If you are interested in disc golf, this accommodation is ideal as the course is only 5 minutes away by car. Firewood is provided for the first day, and as an extra luxury there is a canoe and a rowing boat ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy on Ifiske search on fishing-ningsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but you can buy cleaning for SEK 3000

Large villa with modern decor, 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed, 1 with single bed). The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. Close to Gothenburg city center (10 minutes by car, 25 minutes by bus/train). Large bathroom downstairs with double shower, sauna and bathtub. Large terrace with seating area and grill, as well as a lawn for garden play and games. Booking rules: Only well-behaved families and adults over 28 years of age may book due to previous damage and parties without cleaning.

Charmig Swedish house with large garden

A warm welcome to the former Jonsereds Farm boutique, located minutes from Centrum. What was once a farm shop has today been fitted out as a classic, very cozy home for 1-6 people (up to 8-10 possible but then it gets quite crowded). Kitchen and bathroom are modern. Two lovely bedrooms/lofts on the second floor and a small bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for kids or those who can’t manage stairs. The garden is large, lush and has nice social areas for e.g. barbecuing.
