"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Located in a quiet neighborhood just steps away from the river. Tube, swim, fish or just relax. The large tree covered patio is great for BBQing and watching wildlife. This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

Private cottage on secluded 76 acre working organic farm. Hiking, stargazing, birding, gardens, greenhouse, solar, and rain water. Horses and well behaved dogs welcome $10 per night each, limit 2. Keep dogs leashed outside; dogs not allowed on furniture. Our horses not for hire. Swimming, State Parks nearby: Garner, 22miles, 30 minutes. Concan, 30 miles, 35 min. Lost Maples, 12 miles 16 minutes TV, DVD player. WiFi. AT&T cell, other carriers expect no service.

Comfy queen bedroom with AC, original 1950 full bath, kitchen and living/dining area. We are also unplugged with no TV and great WiFi.✅

Happy Our River House

We are located about a mile south out of Utopia off of FM 187. Close to town yet a secluded feeling surrounds the property. Bird watching and wildlife viewing right off the back deck. We are located within a 20 minute drive to Lost Maples State Park or Garner State Park. We have a walking trail down to the riverside that you can use as a picnic sight. Right now the Sabinal river site we have is not swimmable due to the drought.
