It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Our spacious studio of approximately 43 m² is located on the edge of the beautiful town of Oudewater and in the middle of the peat meadow area of the green heart. The studio is a lovely space to relax for a weekend and enjoy nature but also a nice place to stay longer and discover the surrounding cities. The studio includes 2 bicycles with which you can reach the supermarket in 2 minutes and stand in about 5 minutes in the picturesque center of Oudewater with delicious restaurants.

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Private realm in glorious garden

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
