Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Utrechtse Heuvelrug

Lovely apartment perfect for 6 people. We had enough space & everyone's empire to sleep. Spices & oil are not provided, but we had brought ourselves from home. Very quite area at least on Easter. It was a little expensive for a week. But if you can share it, you can do it again. If you have small children, you'll get a lot of animation here. Beautiful places can be reached in 30-50 minutes. The apartment itself needs some maintenance. The processes should be cleaned a little, the water drains poorly & also under the beds & on the walls would have to be better cleaned. Cobwebs & woolly mice are present. Unfortunately, you can only "officially" drive in with one car & only to load and load with the second one. Since the park was empty, we could park both cars on site. Otherwise, you have to park at the reception. It's always full there. Dull if 2 family move in with 2 cars. Otherwise, everything was very nicely furnished & also Jannes was available to help us at any time

Thank you very much for the hospitality! The cottage has all the comforts and is more spacious than I thought in advance. What a beautiful location! I greatly appreciated the tranquility and the view. Wonderful to relax in this beautiful place. I especially spent a lot of time in the garden room. Here I had the view of the cows in the adjacent meadow. Also waking up in the morning without an alarm clock, but with the sound of the many birds was nice! When the sun was shining, I could sit and enjoy in the lee of the bushes/trees. Again, thank you! And I'd love to come back.

We had a great time at Barbara's. The neighbourhood is really quiet and transport facilities are quite close. The house is great, and it pretty much felt like home for a week. Thank you Barbara for the visit recommandations.

We had a slightly longer stay here. Nice house with a desk for school work and 2 large bedrooms so we really had the space. From the living room, dining room and kitchen, unobstructed views of the lawn and forest, which made it possible to recharge wonderfully. And every morning and evening can enjoy the deer! So nice! Friendly host with respect for privacy. Absolutely recommended for a short as well as long stays!

We were very nicely received by Frank and felt very comfortable right away. Frank was always available and made an effort to make sure we had a nice time. The accommodation is close to the forest, so you are quickly in the middle of nature. By public transport, however, you are also superbly connected to Utrecht and the surrounding area. We can only recommend staying with Frank!

Great Airbnb and super location. Spacious house with all amenities that one may need. We were there with 8 adults and had a fantastic time. Wijnand also communicates very fast which is very handy as we had almost locked ourselves out. Would 100% recommend.

Great place. Had everything we needed. Close to the supermarket and shops. Nice neighbourhood. Great base from which to explore all the attractions in the central part of the Netherlands. Recommended

This is not just a house, it's a home. The atmosphere is great: nice furniture, tasteful decorations and lots of inspiring quotes. We loved it. Good big kitchen to cook and to have long dinners. There's an airy living room so even with seven people you can still breathe and find a quiet spot to read. Anne and Martijn allowed us the TV and Nintendo which the kids loved after walks in the surrounding natural parks. There is lots of greenery nearby and Utrecht is close and offers interesting museums and shops. The supermarket is very close as well so no time gets wasted on long trips to get some food. Anne was easy to reach and very kind. They even left a surprise and lots of nice post its. Our Christmas holiday was the best!

We spent a night in Ronnie and Monique's canal house on our bike tour from Amsterdam to the Ruhr area and we were very satisfied. The location on the canal is really great: everything important can be reached quickly and yet it was pleasantly quiet.

We used that accommodation for a very much needed night rest. It was quietly calm and the back yard was perfect to rest & unwind!

It's one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in. Mirjam was very sweet and you could tell that it's her passion to make her guests feel welcomed. She went above and beyond our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. Also I cannot not mention the excellent breakfast. It was very filling and thought out. I can't see how you can rate this place anything other that 10/10.

Very nice, spacious apartment and very tastefully furnished. We felt right at home. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. There was nothing missing! Comfortable beds and a great bathroom with everything needed. The location is absolutely top! Everything within walking distance. Diederick responded to questions within a short time, great host! Absolutely recommended, we would definitely come!

We are so thankful for our time at The Happiest Place, we wish we could give a 6 Star Review! The unit is spacious and cozy, immaculately clean, and has tons of natural light. The kitchen is well -appointed and the bed is perfectly medium-firm. The apartment is centrally located in Utrecht, on a quiet street. Easy walking distance from the train station, grocery stores, restaurants, laundromat, and tourist attractions. Rob is an amazing host, very friendly and gracious, with a deep wealth of local knowledge. We stayed for multiple weeks and ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. Rob replaced the sheets and towels multiple times and did such a fantastic job making us feel at-home in the apartment. I can say without a doubt, there is nowhere better to stay in Utrecht.

Great idea to choose the apartment for a relaxing part of our six week trip. We were thinking of travelling to Amsterdam and or Utrecht but we were rather tired at that stage and have been to Amsterdam several times. We found Armsfoort absolutely delightful and Hans loved it for photography

We stayed for two nights and had a great stay. It is apparent that our host takes a lot of pride and care in her apartment and we felt it throughout. The place was immaculate when we arrived. The location is vey convenient so close to the central station and City Center. We enjoyed the roof terrace with the splendid view. All in all we would come back any time. Thank you Charlotte!

This stay was the friendliest and the most charming Airbnb experience we have had! The building is an incredible experience of history, built in the 1580s and renovated by Joost and his father 16 years ago. Great detailing, furnishing, and design reflecting Utrecht in every way. And Joost was incredibly friendly, always responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location is great! Right in the heart of Utrecht, where everyone was so friendly to us throughout. The beds where comfortable, and the back bedrooms quiet. Our tweens loved the attic space for sleeping, with a window view over the square. There was noise from people in the square in the evenings but it did not bother us as all as it was not unlike the sounds in our urban neighborhood. Joost's attention to detail and design was evident throughout! When in Utrecht again, I will definitely stay here! And it super easy by train for the day to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or the Hague. Lastly, great daylight in the living room area!

Riwfkas place is wonderful . Cozy, clean and equipped with all you need for your holiday. Utrecht is a pleasant city with a friendly atmosphere. The check in was easy and Riwfka was welcoming and provided us with all the informations we needed.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Harm's place. He was so helpful and responded to me right away when I had questions. The flat is light and bright and has fun, eclectic furnishings. The balcony was nice, sunny, and sheltered and felt lovely to sit on during the afternoon. The flat is super close to the train station and is one stop away from the old town of Utrecht. I recommend staying here!

We stayed with Olaf for a week over Easter with a family and two friends. We had a lovely time. The living room is very spacious and provided us all with enough space. The separate area behind the house with heated pool and a cozy barbecue area is particularly beautiful. A jumbo is within walking distance. When booking, you should be aware (see photos and description) that a double bed is open above the living room and there is only one bathroom and the apartment is very audible. It wasn't a problem for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thanks so much
