Beachfront holiday rentals in Uttara Kannada

This place is disguting. Over priced and definitely not worth it. You can literally hear people hooking up from the other room as the division in only a fly wood. The place itself is very dusty and smelly, outside of it is literally a slum, and you can't have proper rest due to multiple constructions going on. I saw rat poops in the cabinets, broken lamps, molded and old overused utensils and fornitures. They even use two single beds to make a king size bed.

Great stay, host was awesome and easily contactable. Sorted us out with scooter hire, taxi and late check out when we needed. Two friendly dogs visited us every morning who made our trip. Would recommend

Świetne miejsce w bezpośrednim dostępem do plaży oraz restauracją. Miło spędziliśmy tam czas tym bardziej że obsługa restauracji jest tam bardzo pomocna.

House interior needs renovation, toilet flush system require immediate repair. swimming pool water treatment plant is not operational in day time.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The bed was comfortable and there was good hot water and great water pressure. There are two balconies. One caught the sun in the morning and was ideal for drying washing. The other overlooked the garden and pool and was cool and shady all day. It was lovely to watch a variety of visiting birds. It has all the amenities needed and is within easy walking distance of both Patnem and Palolem beaches with Colomb beach in between. There are a variety of very good local restaurants and a fantastic bakery with sourdough bread and Italian food. We had a lovely two weeks and would definitely stay again.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Gemeinschaftsräume laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Frühstück zum Selbermachen war eine super Idee und sehr praktisch. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – sie haben uns sogar einen Roller zum Ausleihen organisiert. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt: Cafés und Restaurants sind in direkter Nähe. Alles war top – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sindiya, who looked after us, was extremely helpful and reacted within minutes to any message we sent when we needed to ask her something. The place is well appointed, super clean, with a hot shower, washing machine, water purifier so you don't need to carry heavey bottles up the stairs, and the balcony overlooking the fields and tree tops is super! Kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook, which we didn't as we ate out every night. Comfortable beds, nice sheets and towels. We'd highly recommend this apartment, it's lovely.

this property was located 6 km away from the main city but the place is very beautiful it's an independent cottage anyone whose looking for a budget friendly travel and stay this is the place to go. most of the resorts will be in that area itself. it is just next to kudle beach the host was very responsive very friendly and very polite they told us about the local area what to do what not to do we explode the beach near by which was steps some away. overall a really great deal at the price which is mentioned in that very homely place

Stunning location with private access to clean beach. Could not have asked for more! Traveled solo but felt very safe. It's tucked away so may be hard to locate the first time if going by yourself, but my Uber driver knew of this property so wasn't a problem. It had stunning views that you wouldn't get bored! A very relaxing vibe. The staff was very helpful. Place was fairly clean although the blanket stunk because of the way they dry their laundry. Rooms very pretty basic. Rented a scooter. Tons to see around. Does not have a western resort/hotel vibe. Carry your own beach towels! Hard to get extra towels. There is no electric kettle, coffee/tea facility in the room. The kitchen doesn't open till 8 am! They could work on keeping the open dining area clean. Attracted tons of crows in the morning. But otherwise, this is a great property. Just what I was looking for - nothing commercial and a gem! Will go again for sure with kids.
