A fantastic view of Lake Uttran. 30 minutes by car from Stockholm. 25 minutes by commuter train from Tumba station 10 minutes by car. A large newly-built design villa of 200 sqm with a large terrace with a lovely garden. 4 bedrooms, 2 rooms with double beds and 2 rooms with a 90 cm bed. Possibility to add an extra bed in one of the rooms. Kitchen with living room on the lower floor and 2 children's rooms with toys on the upper floor

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently undergoing repair. Available from 15/5.

A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.
