In an idyllic location right next to the church, it offers everything you need for a relaxing break, including use of the swimming pond with a large outdoor seating area, shared with the guests in the house right next door, plus a private outdoor seating area with a barbecue right by the house. A wood-burning stove ensures cosy evenings in the cold season. Usedom and Rügen can be reached in 40 minutes, and Greifswald in 15 minutes.

No noise pollution, no real car traffic, but nights when it still gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes away by car. For the essentials, there is an old "Konsum" [consumer cooperative] in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

The surroundings invite you to a wide variety of leisure activities such as walks, bike rides, swimming, paddling and much more. Our farm is located between the towns of Greifswald (40 km), Neubrandenburg (40 km) and Demmin (20 km) on the northern edge of the Tollensetal. We are in the process of renovating the house. The studio holiday apartment is located in the part of the house that has already been renovated. You can go on long walks, bike rides (bikes are available) and paddle tours (Tollense). There is a swimming facility for swimmers on the Tollense about 500 m away.
