La casa si trova immersa nella campagna gallurese, lontana dal traffico e dal rumore, vi si accede da una strada sterrata di circa 300 metri; situata a 5 km da vaccileddi e dalle più belle spiagge della zona, (porto taverna, cala brandichi ecc). Dispone di un grande spazio esterno, con un tavolo in granito per cenare al fresco la sera, un ampio parcheggio privato.
