There is a small chicken farm on the property. Swimming areas are located at Bergbybadet (closest) Mälbybadet. Sandviken on Väddö is also suitable if you want to fish with your own boat as there is a place to dock 1 km away and a place to park the boat on the farm. There is also the possibility for 1 person with a minor disability

The cottage has a newly-built kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.

Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
