Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Just a 10 min drive from the city center. The house is about 65 sqm large and newly built but with a genuinely rural style. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with most things you need. A small but smart bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with dryer. Spacious double bedroom as well as a double bed in the TV room. Here you live with the forest just around the corner and two nature reserves with several hiking trails and bird lakes nearby. Occasional nights on request during the summer.

With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

The cottage is located a stone's throw from the shore of Lake Vättern with Omberg as a fund and with the beautiful plain that spreads out around Borghamn. We look forward to meeting 2025 with upcoming guests and please do not hesitate to look at the listing and contact me for any requests. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Located only 10 minutes from Vadstena is Stubbet which is a charming, newly renovated villa overlooking Östgötaslätten. Inside, be treated with all your day-to-day amenities, a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms. You can also enjoy a movie in your spacious living room, with candles and free WiFi. Outside, enjoy the expansive private yard where children can play, or have a BBQ meal on the outside patio. This is your chance to escape the city life and experience the true countryside of Sweden.

Charmig stuga, Gustavsberg, Himmelsby

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Söker ni en lantlig miljö med fantastiskt utsikt över Vättern? Då har ni hittat rätt! Känner inte till många stugor i Sverige där man kan se tre olika län från en och samma plats. Stugan har det mesta då det kommer till bekvämlighet. Fullutrustat kök, bäddsoffa, dubbelsäng och badrum. Därtill wifi och tv med Netflix etc. Utomhus finns ett trädäck med grill, bord samt stolar och utomhuseldstad. Har ni barn i sällskapet finns ytor att springa runt på, gunga samt åka rutschkana.

Enjoy an undisturbed, fully equipped modern house, with only nature and the vast views as your nearest neighbor. From here, it's a cycling distance to swim in the beautiful lake Vättern, nature experiences and fabulous Vadstena with its small cobbled streets, colorful wooden houses and rich cultural life.

The little white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm big and contains most amenities you need for a few nights. Outside you will find a small undisturbed patio with the raspberry land as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån. In the village there is also Kaptensbostaden which offers impact auctions and has its own interior design shop with limited opening hours.
