The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump and the house is well insulated. The price is without electricity consumption. Nice cottage that is close to both water and town. You can walk to the water in 10 minutes and enjoy Marielyst's beautiful sandy beach. After a day at the beach, there is plenty of space on the terrace for play and relaxation and when evening approaches, the grill is ready for cozy summer evenings. The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The house also has good parking, WiFi and TV.
