We had a wonderful stay here! It's in a beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by nature. The space was cozy, clean, and Monica and Knut were friendly and quick to respond to any questions!

Wonderful, I would book this place again. Highly recommendet if you want to stay in a quiet and and nice place. Bring Coffee and Food (Salt, pepper and oil, suger and wheat was there).

Beautifully designed cottage by the seaside - very stunning views from the windows Spacious enough for 4 people, the well-equipped kitchen is also a big plus - highly recommended!

Kurt’s is our fav Airbnb host ever!!! he is so accommodating and the loveliest. The jetty was amazing and the views are awesome. We will definitely come back here to stay. Thank u Kurt for your hospitality.

Great place, easy to reach, perfect for a stop during a roadtrip

The place was even better than described: Very spacious, very high-quality equipment, everything super pleasant. Very nice hostess. Leknes in with its infrastructure reachable in 7 minutes by car and yet very quiet. Very suitable for excursions in all directions, because absolutely centrally located. I highly recommend! We had a lovely time at Roger’s place, which was equipped with everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Roger was very communicative, and provided thorough check-in instructions. The rorbuer is cozy and comfortable and well furnished, right on the harbour at Ballstad with a beautiful view out the front windows. I would recommend it to visitors desiring the “traditional” Lofoten experience without the huge price tag! Ballstad is a small village about 15 minutes drive from Leknes, where you can do your shopping. There is a convenience store a few minutes drive from the cabin, and a few restaurants around. I will note that the cabin is quite small, and there is no room to store suitcases in the bedroom - we kept ours in the living area, which was not a problem for us. There is also an upstairs residence and you can hear the occupants moving around - again, not an issue for us, but might be for others. Thanks for having us, Roger - we didn’t want to leave!
