Possibility of charging an electric car (according to agreement) Andøya is a great place to be for e.g. families with children with close proximity to the sea, beaches, hiking trails, football bins and sand volleyball court, etc. About 7.5 km from Kr.sand center and about 20 km from the Zoo. Leos Lekeland and Skyland Trampoline Park are about 4 km away. Bed linen must be brought or agreed upon.

Kanalbyen is located by the sea on Odderøya, centrally located in Kristiansand, close to Kilden and Fiskebrygga. 5 min away from city center. In the area around Odderøya, there are fantastic rocks that are suitable for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. In the bay of Bendik you have lawns and sandy beaches. The whole island is a jogging paradise. Canal city pearls: Byfjorden, the beautiful forest terrain of Odderøya and the canal in the middle.

Balcony on both sides and light in from 4 edges! ☀️☀️ Just 15 meters from the edge of the pier means that it is closest to the sea of all apartments in the square. 🌊 The apartment is located on the car-free boardwalk. 🏝 You enjoy the panoramic view of the city fjord, the fortress and the city beach. Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. This charming basement apartment has a fantastic bathroom with a relaxing hot tub and is centrally located with good bus connections to the city center (approx. 10 min). Street parking 10 meters from the house and cozy patio with barbecue and fire pit; ideal for pleasant evenings around the fire. Right outside the door you will find a large hiking area with small bathing waters, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Also within walking distance you will find a beach at the sea.

Modern and pleasantly decorated apartment in quiet surroundings. Rich and varied hiking area with many bathing facilities. Walking distance to shop, child-friendly outdoor area and good public connection to the city center and the zoo. Do my best to make the apartment as child-friendly as possible in relation to high chair and the possibility of some activities inside. If you want bed linen and towels, this costs NOK 100 per person in addition. Laundry is available on certain dates, for a surcharge of NOK 600.

Ta med familien til Kristiansand og opplev alt med kort avstand fra basen din. Stedet du leier er en egen leilighet som befinner seg i underetasjen av huset vårt. Huset ligger i et koselig nabolag med gangavstand til sjøen og nydelig natur. Leiligheten har åpen løsning og inneholder et soverom samt en stor sovesofa i stuen. 8 min kjøretur til Kristiansand sentrum, gangavstand til flere strender, og 20 min med bil til dyreparken! Perfekt for familier som ønsker seg sommerferie på Sørlandet.

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. 1st floor apartment in older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking space behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NOT channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. A 160 bed and a crib on the other. Well-equipped kitchen with most things you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host himself lives on the 2nd floor.

The riverside cabin home

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.
